Sewing week

Well this week I made a couple things with my little sisters.
With the youngest, we made a pillow case cover.

A nice pink one, it's a couple inches to big though, (American size) but she likes it all the same.

The next day, the second youngest requested this,
Its a kangaroo pouch. It's really a tote bag, only I sewed it at the side so it wraps around the body.
I added Velcro to the ends of the ribbon to make it easier to wear.

Happy Easter

Had a big day over here,
I got up this morning, and the first thing I did was making volcanoes with a 2/3 year-old.
A family is staying with us during the weekend.

Anyway, we had a huge party because it was my friend's birthday today as well.
Ate chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate.

Lizzie also made us an Easter egg hunt, took us about 15 minutes to find all the eggs.

A Mouse?

Rebekah bought herself a mouse a couple weeks ago.
Isn't she cute? She was named Maisy.

We also found a frog in the dog's water dish the next day, but we let it go a week later.

Happy Birthday Margaret

Margaret had a birthday today.
Nanna came round for lunch and went home again, and Margaret had a big
chocolate cake that she made herself.

Granny gave her a ring to say happy birthday as well.
